RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds are made in the following way for the respective means of payment used for the purchase:

Credit/Debit card: Returned to the account linked to the card.
Online bank payment / Vipps: Transferred to the bank account number used for the payment.

In order for Georg Herman Art Studio to accept your return, the product(s) must be returned in perfect condition without any sign of wear and tear, in its original og similar packaging, including packaging, bubble wrap, etc. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not match these criteria. We can withhold the refund, until we received the goods in same condition as delivered. You are liable to any damages, when returning goods, until delivered.

You have to return your order without unnecessary delay and within 14 days after, we received notice that you wish to cancel your order. Shipment costs in relation to returns shall be held at own expense. The items must be sent as registered parcel post so that you can track the package and have a full overview of where the shipment is until it arrives at us. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return, and you must send us the tracking number as soon at you get it.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will credit and refund your receivables depending on the payment method used.

Collecting or returning orders placed at the online store at the location of Georg Herman Art Studio in Oslo is by appointment only.
